Peanut Butter Macaroon

Ingredients                 Lbs      Oz

Sugar                                            4

Brown Sugar                               1              8

Egg Whites                                  2

Honey                                                           8

Mix then heat to 120 degrees. Remove from heat and lightly whip.

Macaroon coconut                      3

Peanut butter                               2

Cake flour                                                      6

Salt                                                                 ¾

Vanilla                                                             1

Add to meringue and mix well to incorporate evenly.


Deposit cookies onto paper lined sheet pans with a small ice cream scoop, dipping in hot water occasionally to make release easier. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
