Step 1: Roll out a 1/3 piece of Danish
Step 2: Roll it between 17″-21″ wide and 1/4″-3/8″ thick
Step 3: Spread orange filling evenly over dough (not to thick)
Step 4: Add cinnamon streusel over the orange filling.
Step 5: Starting at the top of the dough roll the Danish towards you (see photo 32)

Step 6: The Cinnamon Orange Danish is now ready to cut in to 4 oz pieces using a scale (see photo 34)

Step 7: After the dough is cut, place on a pan of streusel before placing in baking pan (see photo 35)

Step 8: Place the Cinnamon Orange Danish in the proof box until ready to bake
Note: Freeze any dough that is left over
