Coconut Cream Pie

Recipe uses Fruit Fillings Gourmet Vanilla Instant Cream filling

Step 1: 1 lb Gourmet Vanilla instant cream

Step 2: 2 lb Cold water

Step 3: Whisk together for 30-45 seconds

Step 4: Add 8oz of Flaked Coconut (toast some coconut for filling as well as topping)

Step 5: Fold in the coconut just to incorporate (you can add 8-12oz of whipped topping to lighten the filling)

Step 6: Yield 2- 9″ deep pie shells or 3-8″ pie shells.

Step 7: Decorate with whip topping and sprinkle toasted coconut on top
