Cut-out Cookies

Butter                                                        3 lb.

Sugar                                                       2½ lb.

Cream together until smooth

Shell Eggs                                               16

Vanilla                                                       ½ oz.

Add until incorporated

All-purpose flour                                     5 lb.

Baking Powder                                        1 oz.

Salt                                                            ½ oz.

Mix in all dry ingredients (do not over mix). Cover and chill dough for 2 hours.

Roll out chilled dough to 1/4″ or 3/8″ inch thick and cut out cookies.

Bake at 350
